Daytona Beach Water Damage

This office floor in Daytona Beach was covered in water from a burst pipe. The water, being clean and not contaminated, simplified the cleanup and restoration service from SERVPRO. The owner elected to have the laminated floor and commercial grade carpet removed. Our team dried the area as shown in the After Photo and removed the baseboard trim which we can salvage and only cut out a small area of drywall that had some evidence of mold growth. These fungi grow within 24-48 hours of sufficient moisture.
