Florida Commercial Water Damage

This commercial water damage happened when a main feed water line to the sprinkler system cracked. The before photo shows the resulting standing water in the hallway. Several parts of drywall collapsed from the weight of the water that had accumulated. Water was pouring  down from these areas. The main water line was shut off while the source of the leak was repaired and then the standing water was extracted. Drying was the final phase of the job, and it was aided by commercial air movers and dehumidification equipment.
